Sunday was our little girl's first time to go to church and she did fabulous. She slept through mass and as people were walking up for communion everyone kept smiling at her and telling us how cute she was! We came back home and enjoyed the rest of the day lounging around watching football and having dinner with the family before they left.

Today, we had Maci's 2 month check up and mommy was a little nervous because she was getting her shots!
We are very happy to report that Maci Maureen is 11 lbs 12oz and 22 inches long. She loves going to see Dr. Fan because she was all smiles and babbling away! Thank goodness daddy was there too because Maci kept distracting mommy..silly girl! As her pediatrician always says...she certainly isn't missing any meals...we love our little chunk a monk :)

I'd love to know more about how she reacted to the vaccines. She is such a trooper! We decided to hold off for Emerson until he is a little older, so I am dreading the day!
ReplyDeleteShe did amazingly well actually..I fed her right after and that relaxed her. Then she slept a good part of the day and DIDNT even run a fever that day/night or the next. She was her usual self the night of her vaccines all smiles and was ready to partay! It was sad watching her get poked though :( She handeled herself better than mommy lol Emerson will be a rockstar when he gets them..I have no doubt!
