We had a very Merry Christmas this year! We celebrated Maci's first Christmas. Christmas Eve, Chris had to work. We were able to squeeze in a lunch date with him and it made the day go by fast since Maci & I lounge around in the late morning.
By the time we got back home it was time to get ready for o'clock mass. We went with my family and Maci was so good in church. We sat in the front row and I was curious how she would be but she did great! Every time the choir sang she would get loud with them...I think she was singing with them haha
She looked so adorable in her pretty red Ralph Lauren Christmas dress that she only wore once and will never get to wear again...boo!
After mass we headed over to my parents house for Christmas eve dinner and we had a great time relaxing and watching Christmas movies.
Chris and I both grew up with the book "The Night Before Christmas" My aunt from Pittsburgh sent Maci one are continuing the tradition and reading it to her on "The Night Before Christmas"
Before we called it a night and headed home we all opened up one gift and what do you know...we all had matching PJ's...so fun!
Here we are Christmas morning waking up our sleeping beauty because lets face it ..if we waited for Maci to wake up we wouldn't have been to my parents till about noon or so! She was still so happy :)

After we opened up gifts with my parents we lounged around and hung out as a family. Maci managed to stay up the whole time we opened gifts...such a trooper. I'm not kidding when I say this girl got lots of stuff. She was truly spoiled! Her favorite thing is her new jumper and this is her first time in it. Now she is a pro at it and bounces so high she scares her momma sometimes! :/
Lucky girl.
We headed over to Chris's dads house for Christmas part 2 in the afternoon and enjoyed dinner and family. On Chris's side Maci has a good amount of cousins so it's always loud and fun there too!

It was a great Christmas and we are so thankful for everything we have. Chris & I just couldn't help to think about all the little children from Sandy Hook Elementary that weren't able to be with their parents on this day. They actually have it better...they got to spend their Christmas with Jesus. God Bless them!
Excited for many more Christmas' with our family!
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas
filled with lots of love and memories!
