while you take your naps.

You found your hands a while back

and LOVE to put them in your mouth.
You especially love to suck your thumb!

Being your mommy is the best thing

in the this whole world.

Mornings are the best with you...

Last week you weighed 13 lbs and measured at 24 inches long.

Today, you actually rolled over by your self 3 times in a row...go girlfriend!

Let the week end begin!

Today, Miss Maci & I went to go have lunch with Ashley at yummy California Pizza Kitchen. It was nice to catch up since we don't see each other as often as we would like.

I use to work where Ashley works so after lunch I took Maci up to go ole USI. We got to see Ashley's mom and some old co workers of mine. Maci was a trooper and was busy observing everything and everybody.She had just woken up from her nap so she was all smiles! We met up with my mom & we did some retail therapy.

Girl loves shopping what can I say???

After a busy afternoon we both took a little nap in the evening before Jamie came over for some dinner and wine time :)

Maci loves her Jammie and so do I.

Wine time and girl talk on a Friday night..perfect way to end the night :)

Babbling baby girl!

Maci has been babbling a lot lately & I thought I'd share it with you. She is so cute when she is talking! Every night when Chris & I put her to bed, which is around 10:30ish, she has the loudest conversations with herself. Chris & I are always laughing so hard because all you see are her tiny feet up in the air and hear her loud cooing sounds...so sweet!

Sunday was our little girl's first time to go to church and she did fabulous. She slept through mass and as people were walking up for communion everyone kept smiling at her and telling us how cute she was! We came back home and enjoyed the rest of the day lounging around watching football and having dinner with the family before they left.

Today, we had Maci's 2 month check up and mommy was a little nervous because she was getting her shots!

We are very happy to report that Maci Maureen is 11 lbs 12oz and 22 inches long. She loves going to see Dr. Fan because she was all smiles and babbling away! Thank goodness daddy was there too because Maci kept distracting mommy..silly girl! As her pediatrician always says...she certainly isn't missing any meals...we love our little chunk a monk :)

M cried right as she was getting the shots but I held her afterwards and she was good to go. I didn't like seeing my baby get poked with a needle :( She had a bottle and then passed out.

She slept through our lunch at yummy Lopez too!

Wedding Bells

Wedding bells were ringing on October 6, 2012 for two very special people in our lives. Chris's older brother, Nick got married. It was also Maci's first wedding and I must say she rocked it. It was in Brenham, TX at the Antique Rose Emporium. I was a little worried she would be on our little mini vacation since we had to be away from home but she did great. I did tend to notice though that she sleeps straight through the night when she is at her home! We left Friday afternoon and stayed the night in a hotel because of the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner was that night and then of course the wedding on Saturday. Maci slept the first half of the wedding and was up for the last half! It was a beautiful wedding and we are so happy for

Family time

October is one of my favorite months and to kick it off we had family fly in for a very special occasion..my brother in law's wedding. More on that in the next post! We had Chris' mom, grandma, & aunt fly in and we had so much fun with them. Maci did too!

She loved visiting with everyone as did Chris & I. She was such a good baby the whole time...but that isn't new because she always is. Seriously though Maci is so easy it just makes me think our next child wont be!

Winding down the month of September

The Stulak casa is finally winding down and I am actually able to blog about my little mini me! We have been so busy the past couple weeks & Maci is growing before our very eyes. It seriously feels like yesterday she was born...and now she is 2 months {well this Saturday she will be}
